Mar 20, 2007 · The axle housings on a 4410 are solid aluminum (not steel), and I believe that this is part of the problem. In both cases, the foward bolts on the axle housings were broken in two, and the aluminum housing was cracked/broken around several of the bolts.

Jul 13, 2017 · Remove the fenders and ROPS. Drain the trans/hyd. oil in a clean container. Using a hydraulic jack, raise the rear tires slightly off the ground. Remove the wheel (side with the leaking seal). Place a jack-stand under the tractor to prevent it from falling, in case the jack fails. Disconnect the brake rod.

Mar 09, 2018 · The specs for the 4210 model (only) front axle are 1588-2811 pounds. The specs for the 4310 and 4410 (shared) are the same low number 1588 and 3197. I'm just totally confused why there are two figures that are so different, in the case of my 4410, the higher operating capacity number is more that double that of the lower operating capacity number.

Apr 05, 2006 · I checked this filter during the 50 hour service and it was clean as a whistle. John Deere has decided that on later models to completely remove it so I think it will get checked again on the 500 hour service. Bolt torques on the loader frame and wheels, etc. I check about every 25 hours so all was good. Keep any eye on the front axle oil level.
